This last weekend, Spiritual Runner journeyed with me to JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, NC for an indoor track meet. The collegiate meet featured the Camel City Elite Races! I had the privilege to meet a number of professional runners, hear their stories, watch them run, and share Spiritual Runner with them.
Shoutout to Matt Elliot, Shannon Rowbury, Latavia Thomas, Richard Jones, Leo Manzano, Heather Kampf, Lauren Paquette, and a number of other runners and that I was blessed to interact with and hopefully hear feedback from on this project!
